Seguimos con las plantas. Las plantas son seres vivos, como las personas y los animales. ¿Qué necesitan para crecer? Necesitan principalmente 4 cosas:

We continue with the plants. Plants are living things, like people and animals. What do they need to grow? They need 4 things:
1º agua- water
2º luz solar-sunlight
3º nutrientes de la tierra- nutrients from the soil
4º aire- air
Además necesitan tener un espacio adecuado donde crecer.
They also need to have adequate space to grow.

El que quiera puede hacer un experimento. Plantar unas semillas de diferentes formas.
You can try an experiment. Plant some seeds in different ways.
Planta 1: a esta planta le daremos todo lo que necesita: agua, tierra, luz y aire. (Muchos ya lo habéis hecho con la profe Ana).
Plant 1: we will give this plant everything it needs: water, soil, light and air. (Many of you have already done it with Professor Ana).
Planta 2: a esta planta le vamos a poner agua y tierra pero no aire ni luz (podéis meterla en una caja).
Plant 2: We are going to add water and soil to this plant but not air or light (you can put it in a box).
Planta 3: a esta planta le vamos a poner tierra, aire y luz pero solo echaremos agua al principio y luego no las vamos a regar más.
Plant 3: We are going to add soil, air and light to this plant, but we will only add water at the beginning and then we will not water them.
